Anthony Lewis, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lewis is co-founder & CEO of EOR Energy Services LLC, a diversified energy company managing assets in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the oil & gas industry. Mr. Lewis is responsible for establishing the corporate vision, prioritization, funding and implementation strategies for EOR Energy Services, LLC and its subsidiaries. EOR Energy Services was a partial owner and the managing partner of Black Elk Refining, LLC from June 2011 through July 14th, 2016. Mr. Lewis served as the Chairman & CEO of Black Elk Refining.

Mr. Lewis has 30 years of expertise in international trade, strategic planning, contracts, as well as, project coordination & operations management. Mr. Lewis holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting.

James Runyan, President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Runyan has over 25 years of progressive management experience on a wide range of oil industry construction projects including refineries and process plants, infrastructure projects and refinery upgrades. Mr. Runyan is responsible for the successful implementation of overall corporate strategies, as well as, directing all technical management initiatives as they relate to midstream and downstream operations with EOR Energy Services, LLC and its subsidiaries. While EOR Energy Services was partial owner and the managing partner of Black Elk Refining, LLC Mr. Runyan served as the President of Black Elk Refining. Mr. Runyan as President of Black Elk Refining LLC managed the overall day-to-day operations of the company inclusive of refinery operations, pipeline operations, budgeting, project management, capital project development and scheduling, marketing, contract negotiations, personnel and client relations.

Randy Wright, Executive Vice President

Mr. Wright has 30 years of experience in the financial industry, with over 15 years in the fixed income & investment banking divisions of US based regional firms.
Mr. Wright oversees strategic planning, acquisitions, and capital market activities of the company.

John Hamauei, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hamauei has 37 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, strategic planning, M&A, investment banking and business management experience in the exploration and production, petrochemical and refining industries. Mr. Hamauei is responsible for executive oversight of the accounting and finance functions within the company.

Jim Van Hoozer, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Van Hoozer has 29 years of experience in all aspects of corporate operations including project planning and integration, financial analysis, corporate and business development, and day-to-day processes. Mr. Van Hoozer is responsible for the financial modeling, strategic planning, business analysis, and operations of the company.

Michael J. Lewis, Chief Revenue Officer

Mr. Lewis has 30 years of diverse management experience for both established Fortune 500 companies as well as start-up and mid-sized companies. His background includes serving in senior and executive roles tasked with driving revenues and streamlining business operations. His expertise is in the areas of operational process re-engineering, sales & marketing strategy realignment, major account development, contract negotiations & logistics and team development. Mr. Lewis is responsible for the domestic & international client relations, the company marketing & branding, the expansion of strategic alliances and the overall optimization of company revenues.

Mohammed Al-Saif, Manager of Engineering Logistics and Overseas Development

Mr. Al-Saif has over 30 years of progressive experience in the oil & gas and construction industries. He spent 26 years with Saudi Aramco with management duties in the Exploration Organization unit specializing in seismic field operations, data processing, data management and cartography. Mr. Al-Saif is responsible for management oversight for the scheduling and delivery of manpower and materials to engineering projects, as well as analyzing and optimizing operations to maximize profitability.

Diana Austin, Director of Business Operations

Ms. Austin has over 30 years experience in the advertising and marketing industry as CEO dealing with Fortune 500 companies in the oil & gas sector. Her experience includes executive roles in business operations, human resources, sales, marketing, contracts, project management, facilities management, procurement and logistics. Ms. Austin is responsible for business operations, client relations, procurement and logistics.

Engineering Management

Robert J. Long, President Engineering Services

Mr. Long has a BS in chemical engineering, an MBA and over 30 years experience in the petrochemical and oil & gas industries. He has specialized expertise in process design, pressure vessel design, and control systems. Mr. Long has completed water flood projects and managed the design, installation and commissioning of water treatment and steam generator equipment for one of the largest steam floods in the world, the Duri Field in Indonesia.

John O'Brien, Chief Process Engineer

Mr. O'Brien has over 45 years of experience in process design, equipment design, cost estimating and project execution. He has taken multiple process designs from the pilot plant design to full-scale operational facilities. As Senior Process Engineer his duties include working with major oil & gas companies to solve and modify operating issues and process problems. This includes both new capital projects and modifications to existing facilities to improve production and product quality. Mr. O'Brien developed and holds twelve patents in advanced distillation and cryogenic technology for the oil & gas industry.

Dave McMillon, Senior Project Management Engineer

Mr. McMillon is a project management engineering professional with over 35 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. He has extensive experience in managing projects in gas pipeline design, metering stations, control systems, SCADA systems, water purification systems, and wastewater treatment systems. His engineering management experiences include working with clients and consultants in the initial/conceptual phase of the project through engineering, construction, and commissioning to the final phase of client acceptance and handover. His responsibilities include managing the engineering phase, in which, the engineering, specifications, equipment selection are defined.

Mike McMillon, Lead Design Engineer

Mr. McMillon has been in the oil & gas industry along with the water/wastewater industries for over 25 years. His primary specialty relates to the design of equipment and systems for various processes and process systems. He has been involved with selecting and specifying equipment for new plants and upgrades of existing facilities for gas metering systems, water and wastewater treatment plants. He is also responsible for verifying that the design meets the requirements of the project and that the selected components are compatible with both mechanical and electrical project specifications.

Gene Miller, Senior Mechanical Engineer

Mr. Miller has been a mechanical engineer in the pipeline industry since 1978. His expertise is in the design of liquid and gas pipelines with related equipment/systems including main lines, pump and compressor stations, gas chromatography, pressure reduction systems, metering systems, R&M stations (city gates), proving systems, and cathodic protection systems. His specialty is in the metering and proving of gas and liquid flow systems with associated controls for monitoring and recording real time events Mr. Miller is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.

Upstream Project Management

David Daniel , Reveille Oil & Gas – President and Registered Petroleum Engineer

Mr. Daniel has 30 years of experience including 10 years of technical and managerial experience with independents and 20 years with Unocal Corporation culminating in his role as Chief Production Engineer. Mr. Daniel's experience consists of working in onshore, offshore, domestic and international settings. His background includes most upstream operational functions with significant time spent in production engineering/management, drilling and completions, facilities engineering/design and management of cross-functional teams. Mr. Daniel holds a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Jeffery Osborn , Reveille Oil & Gas - Geologist, Exploration Manager

Mr. Osborn has over 30 years experience including work early in his career for Sun E&P and TXO Production. Since 1986, he has worked as an independent consulting geologist for smaller companies as well as generating and selling prospects independently. He has numerous discoveries to his credit primarily in the South Texas region. Mr. Osborn holds a BS degree in Geology from the University of Kansas.

Allen Lassiter , Reveille Oil & Gas - Geologist/Geophysicist

Mr. Lassiter has over 17 years of experience as a Geologist. He has worked with numerous E&P companies consulting on exploration and development projects. He has worked in capacities ranging from well-site geologist to independently generating prospects for various industry partners. Mr. Lassiter holds a BS degree in Environmental Geology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi.

Dr. Jaime A. Stein , Consultant/Advisor

Dr. Stein is currently the Chief Geoscience Officer at Geotrace and is responsible for the proper application, utilization, dissemination and marketing of all technologies. He is a member of the Technology Steering Committee determining the technological direction of the company. Dr. Stein received his B.Sc. in Physics from UAM (Mexico) in 1981 and a Ph.D. in Relativist Astrophysics from University of Sussex (UK) in 1984. He conducted postdoctoral work at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Chicago until 1989. He then joined Shell R&D working mainly on imaging problems including Depth Migration. He has had several executive, technical and marketing positions at Thinking Machines, Amerada Hess and NuTec Energy. He has also served as VP of R&D at the Reservoir Technology Division of Core Laboratories and as VP of Geophysical Technologies at Paradigm Geophysical before joining Geotrace.
